With the recent updates that LinkedIn will be shaking up its user interface in 2017 its time for any serious LinkedIn user to pay attention. This may mean changes to functions you commonly use to support your advanced search and impact the way your data is used and how you're discovered on LinkedIn. Here are the two LinkedIn updates you should be aware of that may impact the way you use LinkedIn.
If you didn’t have an idea of what data LinkedIn had on you. Know what other people see when you post, what your activity actually looks like. Get an archive of your data because changes being made may affect how your data is used in 2017. Ask for an archive of your data HERE
If you’re not using this already. Get LinkedIn to send you leads this week for free. Saved search is one of the most underused tools on LinkedIn. In 2017 you may not be able to access it in the same way. Currently you have the option to save three searches of targeted people on your free account. If you use all three of your options to saved search now you won’t lose it in new updates to come. Use it up. Check out this video I shared with how to use saved search below
